I would recommend ihomes above any real estate company. Not only does this company look out for your best interests, and your families needs, they go above and beyond to be sure you get exactly what you need. I listed my home to sell with Dieter, and by the end of the weekend, I had offers. I sold my home for more than my asking price. Dieter knew exactly how to price a home. When I was purchasing my current home, he actually saved me 25,000 on their asking price. The knowledge that this company has is beyond expectations. They are straight forward, and will tell you exactly what is happening every step of the way. I consider Monica and Dieter my friends now. We came into town after a very deflating experience in Corvallis. Lawrence was very highly recommended to us by a delightful guy who owns a local coffee shop.
We walked in on Lawrence, who was obviously in the middle of a project. He stopped everything and really listened to us. He then drug us over three communities, entertaining and educating us all day.
We have been looking for a place to retire for over a year, and in one afternoon, this crazy wonderful man showed us where we wanted to be.

This company was a disappointment, the staff came off as friendly and inviting but once they learned that my past wasn't perfect they were rude. Think twice before you rent from them, unless you are in the rare percentage of the population that is perfect. Maybe it's time to run reports on the rental companies and see how perfect they are....
