The negative reviews here are all accurate and legitimate. As a long time renter myself, I can tell you that there is never parking, no rule is reinforced. The grounds are not kept up. A paint job will not cover up what a trashy place this really is.

This is very good place to live! We have children here and I am very glad about it because my kids have found friends here, they spend time together, they learn to communicate to each other. We have good manager and maintenance here they are really opened to the people. I definitely recommend our apartments to everyone.

Let me start by saying that the management and maintanance guy are very responsive to our needs. They will always help especially if you approach with the right attitude. I can’t recall how many times Lupe stayed after hours to help me get my business done. As to negative feedback you see, it will not have any affect on clients wanting to live here what so ever, given the price, area and quiet location in a good neighborhood. The waiting list is so huge the they had to close it for a while. As to people complaining about kids running around, those are type of people that most likely don’t have any kids and have nothing better to do then complain about every single small thing. There is always a few of those people in every place I lived. Kids are kids, they will not sit in a cage like an animal. They run around in all the apartments, thats part of the developing stage. There is only so much management can do about it, they are not the police. I lived here for about two years so far and wouldn’t want to move out anytime soon, apartments are secure to take the child out to playground, the park is walking distance away, apartments are clean, and it has a swimming pool, most people are friendly, no crime due to good area, things get fixed when needed and most importantly you can negotiate things with the staff, what else do you need, just live and be happy, respect others, adapt and overcome your issues.

I do not recommend this place to anyone.Very noisy almost all the time specially after kids get out of school you can never sleep during the day you can never find parking space in the night, the kids are running with their scooters between cars and scratches them they jump onto your car and play with the ball and throw it on the windows And they stay up until late at night and scream and play. People break into cars and steal and I can’t even tell you in the summers there out there all day and late at night. No one respects the rules someone crashed into the back of my vehicle and when I told LUPITA The management she said “ isn’t that’s Why you have insurance “for I really don’t like the management here don’t do their job. The only think is good the price of the apartments. I guess you get what you pay for lots of noise, criminals as neighbors, lots of dogs pooping next to your windows, and No one respecting the rules. Very disappointing in the management for not making people obey the rules.

I like this place because this apartments have very good price for Rocklin. Very clean and neat. Sometimes little bit loud because of kid running and playing around, but I think it's normal if you have kids =) Special thanks to apartmen manager Guadeloupe. She is very responsive and kind.

Nice place to live, long time resident, friendly people, excellent staff kind and helpful. Extra accomodations; laundry facility, locked mailroom, extra parking, play area for kids. Most residents have been here a long time which speaks volumes as to the environment. Lots of shopping, near by service stations, schools, near Galleria Mall and many other places within 5-7 mile radius.

I have lived here for a while and love the management Lupe is always friendly and very helpful with resolving any issues and she addresses them promptly. Our after hours maintenance person Elio is also very nice and very helpful and responds very quickly and fixes your problem fast.
