Brandon (the new manager) was great from beginning to end. Extremely friendly and helpful.
I had to rent due to an accident while my car was in the shop for about a week.
Brandon came and picked me up from the collision repair shop and brought me to their office.
From there the process was very smooth and to the point. I was only there about 20 minutes before he got me in my rental vehicle and I could return to work.
He called me once during the week to see how I was enjoying the rental and to get any feedback I might have for him.
I appreciate it, that they seemed available to me if I ever needed them.
I’ll be returning next time I need a rental 🙂

I reached out to the company via email as instructed but no one responded at all and it has now been 2 weeks since.
I had the most disappointing experience with this location. Our insurance company set up a rental for us due to an accident, so this location was not our first choice, but we thought that it could not be this bad. We were charged for 2 additional days totalling about $300 although the rental was returned to a key drop off location since this location was closed by the time we got there. It has now been a month since we returned the rental and were just told today that this is the policy and there is nothing that can be done about it. I have a huge issue with my hard earned money being taking from me. Will never rent from this company again.

Enterprise of Deer Park New York has a Professional trained staff that greeted me with respect and took the time to explain everything in terms I understood about my rental agreement. They are fast and efficient at getting you in your vehicle.

I reserved a car at this location using Expedia. This is generally how I make my reservations. When I got there, I was told they had no cars available. They said it was because of the bad weather and floods last week. This understandable but then the internet should reflect the lack of availability. When I expressed concern/ annoyance/ disgust the woman just told me there was nothing she could do in that fake patronizing customer service voice. She didn’t seem sympathetic and returned to working with another employee. She claims that I did not receive any communication regarding the situation because there was no phone number on my reservation. However, I use enterprise frequently and I find it hard to believe that there’s no way that they could find no means of contact. Clearly enterprise dropped the ball on this one because no other companies showed up on Expedia with available rental cars. I thought it was strange that only enterprise showed up. In the end that made sense because no one has cars available and the rest of the companies were not coming up in the results. More than 10 cars came up at different locations in the area for enterprise. In all honesty I prefer to use enterprise and this is the first time that they’ve messed me up like this. More than anything I’m just annoyed by the patronizing customer service nonsense in the storefront .

Absolutely disgusting customer service! This location has no regard for their customers. Kevin is a bully who thinks he can threaten his customers.
This location kept our deposit and refuses to refund it back after returning the vehicle as was instructed by their customer service. If you look through the other reviews you can see a pattern of this location overcharging when dealing with insurances and trying to keep your deposit.
Stay away and avoid dealing with this company all together unless you want to lose your deposit and have them put holds on your cards while also overcharging your insurance!!!
If there was 0 star I would have happily given it to you.

I’ve been renting at this location frequently. I’m usually served by Kevin, Nick or Patrick (I haven’t seen him in a while). Transactions are usually smooth. I’m in and out. Because I use my debit card I bring a current bill in addition to my insurance and my driver's license. Today a guy named Brandon gave me the worse customer service experience. First he asked me where I work I told him I don’t want to disclose this. He said it’s required. If I don’t work I can’t get the rental, so I told him self employed. Then after verifying my address on my PSEG bill he said that he is denying me the rental because my PSEG bill is not paid in full and called the next person waiting. Mind you this is a current bill that is not due yet. My current bill not being paid yet is none of his business. Isn’t the current bill for verifying address And again this bill is current and issued on Sept 20. Today is Sept 26. People like him should work with food and cars. Not with people. This is a business not the welfare office. I’m bringing MY MONEY BRANDON, I WASNT ASKING YOU FOR FAVORS NOR A HANDOUT. I was able to speak with Samantha who was more human still not like Kevin. She tried to explain why Brandon was asking me these questions but I’m still not satisfied because I remember once I didn’t know I had to bring a bill if I’m using a debit card. The guy who served me at the time was Patrick (I believe lol) he explain what I needed politely and I went and get what was needed and came back.

To Brandon you don’t get a bill that says 0 balance on electric bills. Smart@$$

The young men that work at the Deer Park location are courteous and follow up to make sure you are happy with your vehicle. They even call after you have returned the vehicle to confirm your satisfaction. I have used Enterprise at this location numerous times, and I always walk away a happy customer. I recommend this business and their great team.
