We really can’t recommend Lucrezia highly enough. Moving to a new country is a difficult and stressful undertaking. Contending with the language and cultural differences, not to mention all the paperwork and bureaucracy, is not easy. Lucrezia took a lot of pain out of the process. She is organized, resourceful, methodical, and responsive. She made the whole experience a pleasure rather than a chore.

We engaged Lucrezia as we had been trying to get a CIN needed for renting the property. She explained we would need a CIR as well. My attempts over weeks with little help from Airbnb were a failure but Lucrezia managed to sort it all within a matter of days. Excellent and very responsive.

I highly recommend Lucrezia and Grande Property Care. She currently looks after our holiday villa in Alta Langa. She is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She communicates very clearly and manages expectations and timelines effectively. We have also had very good experiences so far with any third-party contractors that she has recommended. I was finding it very difficult to manage renovations and deal with any other issues from abroad, so I am so grateful to have found Grande ! I have a lot more peace of mind now knowing that I can count on her. Highly recommend!
