Hi don’t reserve here. They lie and steal your money even if you don’t check in. I accidentally made a reservation at this location when I was standing at the front desk of another location. I verified address after I hit submit and realized I made an error. There was no option to cancel on line so I called I spoke to 6 different agents including this locations front desk twice. He lied in our conversation, hung up on me. I called him back he had a haughty attitude and refused to refund it. Do not use this location. They will schiest you out of your money. I never even checked in there and they ran card info for a false reservation without me even being there to check in. Generally they wait until you check in to run your card. This location is deceitful.

I travel for work every week and I always stay in a motel 6. The company I work for has a contract with them and trying to find a decent one in Houston and it's hard. This one I am staying at is bad. This is for the owner you need to inquire for something to boost your wifi cause it sucks it doesn't reach my room and I'm close to the front desk I get you don't do house keeping till the guest check out but at least do towel service if I have to go to the front desk to get them then the person (guy) that works up there shouldn't have an attitude. The floors are bad. To the people I wouldn't recommend this motel 6. To the owner I am in Houston at least for 4 weeks every other month and there are 4 othere crews along with mine. That would have been great business for you but not going to happen. I am disappointed on how you have a motel 6 but don't give a crap about the guest and I'm sure your response will be the same with what you responded with to all the other reviews. You don't mean any of that it's probably something you have written down on a peace of paper. Obviously you don't give a crap cause nothing has changed with this place. I'm sure the good reviews are from people you know and not real guest. Lies those are old pictures there is no poop people.

If you’re a clean freak I would not recommend this place. I’ve stayed in several different rooms and they all could use a good deep clean, there was vomit on the toilet, weird stains everywhere on walls and ceilings, dirty towels, tubs don’t drain, ac and fridges leak water so don’t walk around barefoot. It seems like housekeeping only cleans surface level and they even entered the room while I was sleeping. The WiFi only works in certain rooms and upon talking to the owner about the problem he got verbally aggressive using foul language. Loud screaming coming from a room for 3 days straight and owners did not care. The guy at the front desk is also a creep making suggestive remarks.

Nick at the front desk was very accommodating he allowed for an early check-in when we really needed it with no extra charge. The rooms are semi updated. We did have to change to a different room initially because the ceiling was falling down over the tub. Outside of that I would recommend for a couple nights stay it's nothing fancy. It appeared to be clean and safe.

10/10 experience. Room was clean and no issues with noise or smoke. Had a terrible experience with Comfort Inn where they had some type of bugs in there rooms. No assistance so I was hoping to have a great experience with Motel 6 since I’ve stayed at others and always have had a great experience. Let’s just say they didn’t disappoint at all. Great location and not too far from inner Houston. When I come back to Houston definitely booking again. Great prices as well.

The location and environment was very accommodating. I am happy to work with Nita and Mike because they made my stay affordable and they were very accommodating. The rooms were clean as well. I had a great experience.

Let me start by saying that I've stayed at this Motel 6 for 3 weeks now and I'm impressed from other Motel 6 I've stayed at this location in particular is really clean. When i say clean i mean like clean restroom, clean bed sheets, clean floors and the best part no roaches what so ever 100% roach free inside the rooms. It has a very family friendly feel to it. You don't see people just hanging around outside the rooms or by the stairs. Which is a good thing its a safe environment. The staff are really friendly. The manager is very professional not to mention he's a nice guy, very understanding and is willing to accommodate to your needs in any way possible. That being said in my opinion i give this Motel 6 I-10 West Houston, TX 100% 10-Stars.
