Non smoking hotel but room was rancid from a cesspool of terrible scents. Hardwood floors in rooms looked like someone just swept material into corner of room. Slept with lights on all night keeping an eye out for bed bugs.. only stayed here because it was the only option. Staying at red roof inn tonight already a much much much better experience.

Terrible. No towels. If you walk barefoot inside room, then feet turn black. And they owe 30 dollars. Tried to charge an extra 30 to OYObooking.com without my consent. I used Hotels.com to book rom.Very sneaky. Going to bank to dispute transaction. BEWARE.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The housekeeping personnel were very thorough and consistent... The hotel desk person was DeeJay and he was a very attentive guy that made sure all of my needs were met and then some. It was a great comfortable stay..

Horrible service I was without a.c. for 3 days rooms were disguising on arrival also non of the water fixtures worked properly the wifi doesn't work in the back bedrooms and they would not fix it or move rooms they have people overdosing in the parking lot and when. I checked out cuz of no accident they tried to charge my carde 50 dollars

The room wasn't all that clean underneath the air conditioner and there was a little bit of broken glass in my room as well as dog food and crevices and corners. There were cigarette ashes it behind the mini fridge and a burn on my blanket.

Rooms are clean, it's a peaceful area, no one bugs ya and the staff is super friendly. I love it here

I would give this place zero stars. This place is dirty. Check out the hand towels and the burn bed sheets. SMH!!

Just an update...I was booked to this hotel a second time 08/30-09/04 Not because I wanted to but because my company booked it...this time I got bit by something. Told management about the issue but the guy was very aggressive and told me that it was some kind of allergic reaction that I had. In any case you all be the judges of this. I just had to post this pic so everyone can see and beware of room 114. I slept on that was close to the bathroom

Staff is amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. If there was a problem they got it fixed immediately.
