Unfortunately, the Unity Leadership supports this culture of poor customer service.

In my experience over multiple issues, Ryan Ahmath is complete garbage. He takes months to respond. If he even chooses to. He seems to get easily overwhelmed and isn't able to manage his administrative workload, even if the email is well structured and organized. Phone calls are difficult to get through and rarely lead to results or any real help. I have been extremely patient, allowing 2months and sometimes 3 months for a response and I feel like that has made their crew and supervisory very comfortable and complacent.

All I ask is for a notice from him if he needs additional time to respond so that there aren't guessing games, I can't even get that. I'll admit, he isn't the only poor worker there but is one good example. The kicker though is that the management allows their reps to push people aside in order to manage their workload. A supervisor may speak to someone and then you'd get a response shortly after but then the low-quality response time cycles over again.

They talk to you like your stupid and just tell you what they think you want to hear. Don't give notice when shutting off the water for unknown number of hours. They forget it's the home owners that hired them. They have no customer service at all!!!!!! If I could give negative "stars" I would!!!!!!

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jesus Najera today when I called with questions about my HOA account. Jesus could not have been more friendly, professional, communicative, and responsive to my needs. He was very impressive and I was surprised to learn that he was new to the company and to his position. Don’t let this guy get away! He represents your organization extremely well. I look forward to working with him again in the future should I have the need to contact Unity.
